Hi, mppdx. Absolutely – you can swap whatever you want, just as long as you get a good amount of protein in the morning and eat more when you are most active (not pushing it toward the night, unless that is when you work out).

Hi, are all meals interchangeable from different meal plans. For example, is it ok to take a breakfast from Monday, a lunch from Wednesday, a dinner from Saturday, etc. to make a meal plan for one day?
