![]() | Coconut sugar has a lower glycemic index and is simply processed differently by the body, including the liver, which is ultimately one of the two major decision makers in terms of which sweetener is best. |
![]() | it is not the taste but what ever is in it make me very ill. Stevia, truvia etc. absolutely awful!!!! |
![]() | Why is coconut sugar ok but honey not??? |
![]() | Hi, beyotravel. When you write “tear my stomach up,” I’m assuming you are referring to sugar alcohols such as xylitol. Other than that, the non-carbohydrate sweetener recommended here is monk fruit sweetener, which has less of an aftertaste than Stevia. |
![]() | still waiting for a response |
![]() | there must be a natural sweetener substitute for stevia , truvia they are awful ….. applesauce honey ????? |
