Antioxidants and fiber were never so tempting as in this exotic twist on a classic health shake combination.
- 1 cup / 240 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- ½ cup / 65 gm shredded carrots
- ¼ cup / 60 ml coconut water or low-fat coconut milk*
- 2-3 ice cubes
- ¼ tsp. / ⅛ gm ground cinnamon (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top, if desired.
