Is adding more oily fish to my meal prep safe if I want to lose weight with diabetes?

Asked a year ago

I've had to drastically change my eating habits since discovering I'm diabetic. I've started eating more healthy fatty foods, such as fish and nuts. However, I've noticed that my weight hasn't decreased since the last time I weighed myself. Should I be concerned that eating too much healthy fat is causing this?

Changing to healthy fats was a good choice. However, just changing your fat intake won't lead to weight loss. A holistic meal plan that helps you combine healthy meals in the correct proportion will be more successful. The Trim Down Club can help you in this regard.
