My appetite stinks! Would working out help increase it?
My appetite stinks! Would working out help increase it?
Asked 2 years ago
I’m turning 40 soon (very excited actually!) and I’ve noticed my appetite has not been the best as I grow older and was wondering whether working out can help increase it. Does anyone know?

Yes, exercise can improve your appetite. Generally, exercise should deplete your energy stores, burn up some calories, and leave you feeling hungry. However, the effect of exercise on appetite depends on the individual and the type of exercise. For example, high-intensity interval training like the One and Done program is considered more appetite-stimulating than low-intensity workouts.
