Is it safe to use One & Done if I have chronic heart disease?

Asked a year ago

I was recently diagnosed with chronic heart disease and want to stay in shape. My doctor has given me blood thinners, but I still want to exercise regularly. My son mentioned trying out One & Done for home workouts. I'm curious if the exercises are safe for someone with my condition

I think it is very important that you chat to your doctor too. They will be able to professionally recommend that is it fine for you do these exercises. These workouts involve high-intensity interval training without dangerous high-impact exercises. The S.I.T training is considered to be relatively safe to do for people with cardiovascular disease. But as I said before, chat to your doctor or physical therapist. before embarking on a new exercise regime. It is very important to go easy, and not strain too hard. Rather start with lighter sets of exercise than to work out too hard with chronic heart disease.
