Hi Everyone. I have joined a month ago but was not quite ready to go into this. I am now ready. I have a question. My menu plan says for breakfast to have 1 egg, 2 tbs almond flour, 1/3 cup of polenta and 1 banana. Do I cook this all together or how do I work out how it is to be eaten???? Hi Linda130! I am still fairly new, so I may be wrong, but it is my understanding that you should eat everything from the same day. I do alot of trading of things within a day, for example, if my menu says an apple and I would rather have cantaloupe, but I always try to stay within the same day. I have traded days before. Thanks CarrieE, I kind of thought that but wasn’t sure, thanks again. I use the the exchange list a lot when creating the menu, I think it ‘s the greatest thing, I just have to follow it. Hi Everyone! Made a delicious dinner tonight! Shrimp stir-fry with brown rice. It was the first time I used my spiralizer to make zucchini noodles in a stir-fry. So, not only did I have rice, but noodles as well. It tasted awesome! I am going to try to make it a regular addition to my menus. 🙂
