How to get a quick start
To get started quickly read our Quick Start Guide. It will give you the tools and directions you need to start the program.
Follow these easy steps:
1. Login to www.trimdownclub.com
2. Click My Downloads on the top right of the home page
3. Under the Trim Down Club Program click Start Now
4. Click Download Now, then click Quick Start Guide
What are typical results of this diet?
Success in our program means you will notice changes in how your clothes fit within the first month. You may find that within a short period of time you will need to take in your pants, or reduce your dress a size when shopping for new clothes.
During this time, you will see the usual bulges in key areas start to shrink: chest, stomach, abdomen, glutes, and thighs—and these areas may even get smoother. Your face and fingers may also appear less puffy.
This will continue until you reach your goal weight or reach a plateau. Following the regimen, it is possible to get off the plateau and continue losing weight within just a few weeks. Adding mild exercise like walking an hour each day can improve results dramatically and firm up “trouble areas.”
If you have health issues such as diabetes or high cholesterol, you may see reductions in risk factors in blood test results. You may even find your physician recommending lower doses of medication. Aside from the positive effects on your health, you may also feel lighter, stronger, and have more energy. Back pain from excess weight may ease, and you may find it’s easier to breathe.
In terms of numbers, weight loss observed is usually a healthy 1-2 lbs. (½ -1 kg) per week, possibly up to 3 lbs. (1½ kg) per week if you are severely overweight. As you advance, you may see the weight loss slow down, even as you continue to improve in health and appearance. This is a very normal and good sign.

Is this an extreme diet? What kind of diet is this?
No, this is not an “extreme” diet and could actually the opposite. This program is based on lifestyle changes and eating the right food your body needs for fuel.
Instead of counting calories, which it doesn’t, this diet encourages consumption of whole, fresh foods, and limits processed, high-fat, high-sugar foods and beverages, without demanding deprivation.
In short, it eases you into a type of regimen, which achieves long-term health and weight loss, even if you’re not dieting.

Do I have to buy supplements or exercise equipment?
No. Since this diet is based on balanced, complete nutrition incorporating whole, fresh foods, it should supply adequate levels of nutrients, and the average person should not need supplements.
The program offers directions for healthy physical activity that can be done anywhere, anytime, with equipment you already have — so you can always find a way to exercise, no matter what. If you want to add exercise equipment to the mix, it’s completely optional.
What if I am a vegetarian or have food allergies?
The program incorporates a wide variety of foods, including those appropriate for vegetarians of all levels. While we encourage avoidance of processed foods—including some common meat alternatives—a full range of plant-based whole foods are included in our menu-building plan. Because this program does not encourage any extreme measures such as strict calorie control or carbohydrate elimination, it is possible to build even a vegan menu with adequate nutrients, including protein.
The limiting of processed foods inherent in this program, along with features that enable you to build your own menus from a wide range of simple, whole foods—including those considered hypoallergenic—make this diet program possibly the best yet for enjoying food despite allergies!
Even if the program somehow recommends a specific food or food category to which you are allergic, it goes without saying that you must avoid it and select another option.
What makes this diet different from other diets?
Unlike other common diets that are based on obsessive behaviors such as calorie-counting, extreme changes, and deprivation—meant to shock your body into dropping a certain number of pounds as fast as possible, without post-loss planning—this program is tailored to meeting your body’s needs for good long-term health at the right weight.

How do I read a PDF file?

On the page that comes up, click on “Download Now” that’s listed at the end of the description of the document you want to open. The document will load and then appear on your screen.
How do I listen to the MP3 files on my iPad?
First, you need to download the Audio Plus files to your computer.
Then, you can upload them to your iPad, like any other mp3 song, movie, podcast, or media file.
How do I upload or change my avatar?
To upload or change your avatar, please follow these steps:
1. Login to www.trimdownclub.com
2. On the top right corner of the homepage click on your username to get into your profile page
3. Next, click on the square to the left, indicating where your avatar should appear
4. Then, click on “Choose File” and locate the image on your computer you wish to upload. Click Open
5. Now, click on “Upload File”
6. Click on ”Crop Image”
7. If you wish to change the cropping, repeat steps 4-6
How do I change my password?
To change your password, please follow these steps:
1. Go to www.trimdownclub.com
2. On the top right corner of the homepage click Login
3. At the bottom of the page click on “Lost your password?”
4. Follow the steps on the screen to reset your password

To find the Express Meal Plans for 14 Days, please follow these steps:

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, under Special Bonus, click on the second DOWNLOAD NOW
How do I edit my profile?
To edit your profile, please follow these steps:
- Login to www.trimdownclub.com
- On the top right corner of the homepage click on your username to get into your profile page
- Next, type your current weight into the field to the right of your avatar, and click on Update
- You can change between kg/lbs. at any time by scrolling down and clicking the white rectangle that has the word US or SI next to it (according to the measurement system you prefer)
- Under your display name fill in your Gender
- Select your primary goal of the program. You have the option to lose weight or maintain it
- Fill in your height and select your birthdate
Where is my product? I never received your welcome letter.
Login to the site and go to My Downloads. If you can’t find your login details you should check your spam or junk email folder as it might be marked as spam by your email provider. If you still can’t find your login information, click here to contact us.
How do I open ZIP files?
WinZip must be on your computer to unzip files. If you need to download WinZip, it’s available on the internet for free. Just click on this: download
Once WinZip is on your computer, follow the steps below.
1. Go to www.trimdownclub.com
2. On the top right of the homepage click Login
3. Enter your username and password. (If you lost your password, click Login, and choose “lost password.” Follow the steps on the screen to reset your password.)
4. Once you login, go to “My Downloads” (top right of the homepage)
Scroll to anywhere you see a “Start Now” button. Click on “Start Now” to download the files at any time:
Right click on “Download Now” (to the right of the headphone picture).
Then click on “Save Target As.” Select “Desktop.”
Find the file on your Desktop and right click on it. Then, click on “Open with.”
Click on WinZip if it shows up. If not, click on “Choose default program” and choose “WinZip” from that list. Next, click on “Use evaluation version.”
Drag each file to your Desktop. You can use them from there by double clicking on the file folder and selecting an individual file.
Is it safe to use credit cards on your website?
We understand your concern. We use ClickBank’s billing system, which is totally secure. ClickBank accepts payment by major credit card and PayPal.
What technical requirements do I need?
You need an internet connection, an email address, and a PDF reader. If you don’t have a PDF reader, you can download one here (hint: it’s already on most computers).
